What is a Guruji?
Let us take a corporate analogy of a Software Engineer who joins Microsoft.
First the person studies as a student, learns different skills, and learns to study on his own.
Then the person joins as an associate engineer, and is assigned a mentor who will help him until he can do all the work on his own.
Then the person becomes an executive, from where he is mentored to collaborate, work in a team and handle multiple initiatives.
Then the person becomes a senior, from where he is mentored in a leadership development program, where he can independently lead important initiatives, teams and organizations.
Then the person becomes a principal. Positions above principal, such as VP, EVP, CEO are typically leadership positions.
So is that it? You are a leader, so you should be able to do anything, right? Not quite...
A person on the leadership level requires political development. Everyone knows how to get what they want. But who will take care of the hungry orphans? Now the person has to collect money and lead important causes.
Then the person becomes a politician. From here, he is assigned an enlightened master (guru). A guru elevates the person to the ultimate level of maturity where he can function in harmony and alignment with the overall universe.
Once the person becomes a guru, basic self-devlopment is over and the person lives happily ever after 🤗 .
Since the inception of humanity, gurus have been celebrated as the directors of society, and have relentlessly served to keep uplifting humanity to happiness and prosperity 😇 . As on September 23 2023, not even 0.01% humans have reached the level of a guruji 🙈.
